Clearlake Oaks

Clearlake Oaks sits on the north-east shore of Clear Lake. It is home to the Clearlake Keys, a canal community where properties have their own docks and connect directly to the lake through the canals.

That is the setting for our featured property at 554 Keys Blvd, which has a private dock with double boat lifts on a deep-water canal and belongs to the Clearlake Keys property owners association.

Highway 20 runs west from here along the north shore toward Glenhaven, Lucerne and Nice, one of the best drives in the county for views of Mount Konocti, and the hillsides above the road fill with wildflowers in spring. High Valley, in the hills just north of town, is its own small wine region.

Canal homes vary a great deal in seawall condition, dock permits and association rules, so ask for the details of any specific property before you decide.
